Italian Alder
A vigorous deciduous medium-sized tree with shiny deep green leaves. Male catkins yellow, to 10cm in length. the Cone like Fruit are 2.5cm in length.
Thrives in poor wet locations. Can be used in hedging. the leaves are rounded
